In the tradition of free democracy in the United States, all on-line, post and telephone communications between our customers and the Black Hawk Tobacco, Inc. are confidential.
All transactions are initiated and concluded on Native American territory and area governed by Native American law and applicable Native American treaties. We also adhere to the California Board of Equalization code 1616, which regulates the sale of tobacco and cigarette products in the state of California.
We are a Native American owned and operated company located on Sovereign Native American land selling Native American made products to Native Americans and Non-Native Americans. Because we are located on the Sovereign Territory of the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, we can legally sell our Native American made products nation-wide.
We do not sell commercial cigarettes of any sort (tax free or otherwise). We only sell Native American made products, including but not limited to peace pipes, dreamcatchers, spears, tomahawks, leather goods and Native American made cigarette brands.
No sales for tobacco products take place online. No funds or payment information is transferred between our customers and our company via the Internet. Our forms are merely requests for further contact.
There is no such thing as legally tax free cigarettes. We pay all Federal taxes that apply to our products and will continue to do so. Because we are Native American owned, located on Sovereign Native American land and we only sell Native American made products, we are legally exempt from state and local sales taxes.
We do not report the private information of our customers to any third parties, persons, organizations or state taxation & tobacco departments...period!! That also includes Michigan, New York, New Jersey, Russia, Iran, Cuba or any other totalitarian governments.
